A Much Needed Vacation.

After welcoming our son in June, it had been a hectic couple of months with two under two. When a dear friend asked if I wanted to meet her in Mexico for a holiday, I couldn’t resist. Hint: if you ever need the perfect Christmas gift, just ask your husband for a pre-Christmas vacation with your bestie.

Mexico did not disappoint, and neither did the Nobu in Cabo San Lucas. Nestled far away from the heart of Cabo lies an oasis, a utopia filled with amazing food, serene beaches and pools, and some of the best spicy margaritas. I should know, I low-key fancy myself a spicy marg connoisseur of sorts.

The rooms are divine. Simple, elegant, and no frills but the butler you meet when you arrive lets you know that you will be well taken care of. Besides indulging in some of the best food at their signature restaurant, NOBU, we found ourselves at the spa for a treatment that has me searching for availability to book another trip back.
